What headsets do I need to service a client? Basic equipment you can use to service a client but also check the client opportunity announcement for they may have additional requirements of their own

Can the internet be wireless connection? Wireless connection is unacceptable you must be connected to a wired connection. A hard-wired high-speed internet connection, such as cable, DSL, or fiber optics. The use of dial-up, wireless service, or satellite connects are not permitted.

What internet service provider can I use? An example Comcast/AT&T

Do i need a dedicated telephone line installed? Please read the Opportunity Announcement to see if you need a dedicated telephone line some clients require it others do not where you will take calls directly from your computer through the internet. You will be required to take live calls during training so you want to make sure you have the service by then to become certified you must take live calls.

Can I service more than one client? You can certify and service for more than one Clients Opportunities as you'd like

Why do I have to obtained an Ein to begin servicing clients? We recommend to get an Ein for security reasons since you are an independent contractor instead of using your social security number its best to use Ein number in place of your social security number.

Can I service if I live outside the U.S.? Currently at this time contractors located in the Unites States can only register under a company incorporated in the United States, certain programs, service location limitations are dictated by a client

What is the Class Confirmation Deposit and Why I must pay? Under the TSM Pays your Fees program its covered by TSM. This deposit to secure your spot in the class because there are limited number of spots available once a course fills up other agents not able to enroll if a contractor don't show up to a class this could of been an opportunity for another contractor to take that course.

How much is the Class Confirmation Deposit? Typically its 50.00 and is refunded when you show up and attend a first full day of class. But deposit amounts defer depending on the client you choose read the Opportunity Announcement

Am I an employee? When working with me we are doing A business to business interaction as a 1099 contractor

How much is background checks? Background cost typically range from $30-$75 and you are reimbursed by TSM background check after your first week of servicing.
